Multi-Sport Athletes
At Windsor Heat, we proudly support multi-sport athletes. We recognize that many of our players participate in other sports and activities throughout the fall and winter, and we believe those experiences help develop well-rounded athletes.
Our coaches will do their best to build practice and workout schedules that accommodate as many fall and winter sports as possible. However, due to facility availability, team schedules, and tournament commitments, conflicts may occasionally arise.
We ask that players and families maintain open and honest communication with their coach regarding their availability at the beginning of the season and throughout the year. Clear communication allows coaches to plan practices, workouts, and tournaments while supporting each athlete as best as possible.
When the softball season begins—especially during the spring season and tournament schedule—we ask that players make Windsor Heat their primary athletic commitment. Our teams rely on every player being present to compete, develop together, and honor the commitment made to their teammates.
We believe that communication, commitment, and teamwork are the keys to creating a positive experience for everyone involved.
