Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
U8 Heat Team
Full refunds (minus processing fees) are available if requested within 7 days of registration and before teams are formed. Partial refunds may be issued before the first practice, minus deposit, uniform costs, and any fees already paid on the player’s behalf. No refunds will be given after the first game of the season. Uniforms, spirit wear, tournament fees, and processing fees are non-refundable. No refunds for missed practices, schedule conflicts, weather cancellations, or disciplinary removal.
Heat - 3rd Graders
